Lisa KK9TTL has upgraded to General class - congrats! Together with her hubby KK9TT they bought a 40 foot Motorhome and are RV'ing thru the US with IC700 0on board.

KJ5CB Paul is finally in his new home and getting ready for a real antenna again.

Ulrich N1UL replaced his aluminium yagi with a 3 element SteppIR and has a great signal.
N1DL Karl has is operating from his Naples Penthouse now with a vertical HiQ antenna.
W4SFR Dave got his Extra class license in March 2007 - Congrats!
W4LFK George originally from Roanoake, VA flew down here in his Cirrus airplane and got stuck in Marco Island. He is reactivating his Ham Radio gear after a long QRX and active from the very northern tip of the island with an IC7000 and a Hi-Q screwdriver vertical.
N3ISH George is now AA4GT and his XYL Mary, NV4Z live about 10 miles north of Marco Island and are active county hunters and activators.
KD4IQC Lincoln age 95 who lives on Plantation Island in the Everglades is now a regular on the Marco Repeaters and at our luncheons. He runs a repeater on 145.27 that is accessible from Marco. His QTH runs 100% on solar electricity. Right now he moves back and forth between his Everglades and Ft.Pierce QTHs.
Marco Island Radio Club members meet for lunch several times a week. Contact any member on the repeater for details of the venue. ( Thursdays 1145 at Porky's are a safe bet - table in the far right corner
